PAR A. - Project Update and Renderings for a Villa

This single-family residence presented an interesting challenge: creating a connection with an existing house that shares the same intervention site. With a unique design language, the existing residence served as an inspiration for the new home situated on the lower part of the plot. For this reason, the project incorporates hexagonal forms in its design concept. Since the new house is positioned one level below the pre-existing one, the connection between the two is made via the roof of the new house, through exterior landscaping.
For this project, my role focused on reorganizing certain spaces, as the initial design had already been developed but required some adjustments. I also created 3D renderings and selected materials to ensure a coherent aesthetic across the entire project.
